Bri Eberhart (she/her) is a speculative fiction writer who lives near Buffalo, NY, with her husband and two cats. She has a BA in cultural studies with a concentration in creative writing and literature from SUNY Empire State and works as a managing editor for a digital marketing agency. Strangers in Our Heads is her debut release. Its sequel, Strangers in Our Hearts, is also out now.
Her short stories have also been published in multiple online magazines, with two more coming to print in Spring 2026.
Bri’s writing career began back in middle school with terrible poems she ended up burning in high school—it was as dramatic as you’re picturing. She started taking her work seriously and began writing her first novel in 2016. Since then, she has written five complete books and published seven short stories.
If she’s not reading or writing, you can find her cuddling her cats, playing Animal Crossing, or obsessively listening to the same song on Spotify.
She’s also an avid football fan and would be remiss if she didn’t say: Go Bills.
